Contact the Editorial Desk

Reach the editors with corrections, clinic feedback, or a procedure question. Replies within two business days, never routed to a clinic.

We answer reader questions, fact corrections, and clinic-tier feedback. We do not book consultations, act as an intermediary, or share your message with any clinic. Every clinic we recommend has its own international coordinator team you can reach directly.

For a fast answer, check our FAQ or the full encyclopedia at gangnambeautyguide.com first. Otherwise the form below goes straight to the editorial inbox.

We reply within two business days from [email protected]. Your message goes to the Editorial Desk, never to a clinic. Read our medical disclaimer before relying on any reply for a medical decision.

For clinics

If you operate a Gangnam clinic and want to be considered for tier rating, send us your latest case-volume disclosure, anesthesia coverage, and revision policy via the same form (use "Press / partnership" as the inquiry type). We do not accept payment for rating consideration; the only thing that moves the needle is documented surgical infrastructure and outcomes.

If we've misrated your clinic, send specific corrections and supporting documentation via the same form. We re-evaluate on a quarterly cadence.

Reply time

Editorial inquiries: within two business days. Clinic tier-correction submissions: confirmed within five business days and folded into the next quarterly audit if substantive. Press and partnership: within one week. Anything urgent and clinical (a complication, a safety concern about a clinic we recommend) skips the queue.

What we can and cannot help with

  • We can answer factual questions about procedures, point you at the right page on this site or the encyclopedia, comment on a clinic's tier status, take a correction, and forward a press or partnership request.
  • We cannot recommend a specific clinic for your specific anatomy, book a consultation on your behalf, translate at a consult, mediate a billing dispute, or provide medical advice. None of these are services this site offers; pretending otherwise would not serve readers.
  • If you have a complication after a procedure, contact the operating clinic first and, in parallel, your local emergency department. We are not a clinical service and cannot triage.
  • If you believe a clinic we recommend has acted unsafely, tell us with specifics. Substantiated reports change tier ratings; unsubstantiated ones do not.
